For undeliverable shipments returned to us, please send an updated delivery address to hello@nourishhub.com.au with your order number in the subject line. We will send you an invoice for postage to send to the new or corrected address. Once the original shipment returns to us, we can send it out again to the revised address.

Most orders are processed and ready for shipping within 2-5 business day; some orders may take additional time. We do not post on Friday, Saturday, Sundays or Public/ Bank holidays to avoid orders being stuck in transit. We trust that Australia Post Priority mail will deliver your order on time. Cacao is heat sensitive so we can not take any responsibility if the product arrives melted, please do not order if the temperature is over 30 degrees celcius (86F).

To help further with this we ask that the receiver or someone please be home for the packages arrival to avoid any heat exposure. Nourish Hub Co cannot be held responsible for any damage or for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather service interruptions etc.

While we do our best to get your cacao discs to your intact, they can melt if they are in direct sunlight or temperatures over 80F for too long, like in a hot mailbox or during a hot day. While we do know this can be disappointing when you've been waiting for your cacao discs, the good news is that your cacao is still good to use!

Until Nourish Hub Co began offering chunks of Cacao, all ceremonial cacao was sold in large slabs, so you are just experiencing how most people made ceremonial cacao a few years ago.

Cacao is heat sensitive so we cannot guarantee the products to arrive in perfect condition in the warm months, so if they arrive a little soft, place your cylinder in the fridge for an hour. Cacao is not processed or tempered, meaning if it is exposed to high temperatures and/or humidity, it will melt. We assure you, your Cacao is 100% in perfect condition to still enjoy

Use a knife to chop up the block of cacao. Once you have a serving size, you can use a sharp knife to chop the cacao up into small pieces. This will help it melt smoothly into your heated liquid. While it's a little more effort up front, you're still enjoying a high quality beverage of ceremonial cacao that tastes delicious.
