


1:1 Cycle Care / Preconception Consult
These 1:1 Cycle Care consults are for you If you have a deep desire to connect to your menstrual cycle and use it as a framework for living more intentionally and in sync with your natural ebbs and flows. Learning how to live cyclically when it comes to creating, living, working, eating, exercising and relating is invaluable.
*If you don't have a physical menstrual cycle, I will teach you how to use and follow the moon's cycle (it mirrors a 28-29 day cycle almost exactly!).
There are a range of techniques and topics we can cover over our 60mins together, each session is guided by my intuition and mapped out according to what support I believe you currently require. Please read below for the structure of a session and the potential topics we'll cover:
Session Structure:
We'll start with an opening meditation and cacao ceremony (the cacao ceremony / cup of cacao is optional) to set intentions for our session and get clear on your primary focus for our 60 mins together.
We'll dive into an overview of your cycle. You'll share any insights you already have around your experience with your cycle, your symptoms and any upfront questions you may have.
I'll then guide you through how to comprehensively chart your cycle and tell you what to look out for or a few points to focus on when implementing your cycle charting practice. This is not just an overview of cycle charting but is tailored specifically to your cycle.
Learn how to identify ovulation as a method for conceiving or for contraception.
I'll then prescribe a Cycle Care plan for the remainder of your cycle / the month ahead. This includes a bespoke blend from my Flower Powers range (I end the session by pulling a Flower card from my Flowers card deck to guide this), nutrition tips, movement & exercise suggestions, prescribed readings and cyclical self-care practices. If you are consciously conceiving, we will go through a preconception care plan and focus more specifically on tracking your cycle for preconception, as well as emotional, physical and mental support tools for the preconception phase.
